Fee: £200 per file – payable on completion (no completion, no fee)

Our sales progression service takes your file seamlessly from the Memorandum of Sale through to Completion, ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly. We handle all communication between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents, providing weekly updates to keep everyone informed. Our goal is to make your transactions as efficient and stress-free as possible — with no upfront costs and payment only on successful completion.
